About Anna Manda

Anna Manda joined Karatzas & Partners in 2000 and became partner in 2004. She specialises in competition law, TMT, pharma, M&A and corporate and commercial law. Anna leads the Antitrust and Competition, TMT and Pharma departments of the firm. She has extensive experience in antitrust and competition, including advice on highly complex merger control matters (including the proposed merger between two of the four Greek systemic banks, involving more than 20 markets, which was cleared by the antitrust authorities after a Phase II investigation), as well as state aid issues, cartel investigations and leading the K&P team advising on a number of antitrust compliance matters. In the context of her extensive experience and expertise in M&A, Anna has participated in many high-profile transactions in these fields, with particular focus in the TMT and pharma markets. She is a member of the Athens Bar Association, and she speaks Greek, English, French and Italian.
