About John JungKyum Kim

John JungKyum Kim is a senior foreign attorney licensed in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and is a partner at Shin & Kim. He has 25 years of experience in New York City and Seoul. As the lead international partner for the insurance and reinsurance practice, he regularly advises prominent (re)insurers, agents/brokers, policyholders and insured parties on regulatory, transactional and dispute resolution matters. He is highly regarded internationally and is a frequent contributor to legal publications. Mr Kim is currently an executive committee member of the British Chamber of Commerce and a co-chair of the Insurance Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce.
