About Young Kang Eo

Young Kang Eo is a partner at Yoon & Yang whose main practice areas are product liability-related disputes, construction, real estate, disputes and arbitration. He has successfully defended an automobile distributor in litigation resulting from an allegedly defective braking system. He is also currently handling product liability litigations involving a data centre fire, burning golf carts and the explosion of self-propelled artillery. Young Kang analyses and identifies the characteristics of each dispute he handles from a juridical perspective based on his experience as a judge in numerous courts, including Seoul Central District Court.
