About Myung-Ahn Kim

Myung-Ahn Kim is co-head of Yoon & Yang’s International Arbitration & Litigation Practice Group. She has been a US (California)-qualified lawyer since 2006, and has successfully handled, as lead counsel, a number of arbitrations pending before the ISDS, ICC, SIAC, LCIA, DIS, LMAA, KCAB and HKIAC. Prior to joining Yoon & Yang, she worked as of counsel at a major UK firm. She serves on the executive committee for the KOCIA as well as the Women’s Interest Committee for the KCAB and is on the arbitrator panel for the HKIAC and KCAB. In addition to her practice, she has worked as an adjunct professor of law at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies.
