About William Kim

William Kim is a senior foreign attorney and member of the labour and employment group at Lee & Ko. He is experienced in advising foreign clients in all matters related to employment and labour, including employment contracts and other documents, changes to work rules, sexual harassment investigations, employment discrimination, general compliance matters, employee discipline and terminations, layoffs, wages and hours, leave, severance pay, pension and benefits, non-competition, employee privacy, temporary or dispatched worker, unjust labour practice, labour unions relations, employee transfers, M&A, and corporate restructuring. William also advises foreign clients in navigating complex employment/labour-related litigations in Korea. He is admitted to the New York State Bar.
