About Sang Gon Kim

Sang Gon Kim is the executive managing partner of Lee & Ko, with a wealth of experience in M&A, hostile takeovers and defence, corporate governance, private equity, corporate law and corporate restructuring since 1994. He has published numerous papers in diverse legal publications including asialaw, M&A Review, and Seoul National University legal journals. He has been a member of the Business Portfolio Reorganisation Plan Review Board at the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy since 2016, and has been a member of the Board of Bar Examiners since 2018.
