About Daehoon Koo

Daehoon Koo is a partner who specialises in M&A, corporate restructuring, corporate governance, private equity, foreign investment, and warranty and indemnity insurance. He is a member of the American Bar Association’s M&A Committee and a member of the Specialty Registration Review Committee of the Korean Bar Association.
