About Yeong-Ik Jeon

Yeong-Ik Jeon has worked as a member of Kim & Chang’s mergers & acquisitions practice and corporate governance & shareholder disputes practice, since joining the firm in 2014. He specialises in corporate and finance law areas and various regulations of listed companies, with a focus on corporate governance, corporate restructuring, holding companies, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets. Mr Jeon represents many conglomerate groups in Korea in relation to their restructuring of corporate governance as well as their mergers and acquisitions transactions.
