About Yoon-Kyung Chang

Yoon-Kyung Chang is a foreign attorney in Kim & Chang’s mergers & acquisitions practice and corporate governance & shareholder disputes practice. Ms Chang represents domestic and foreign clients in public and private mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and securities, and general corporate matters. She has extensive experience in a wide range of cross-border transactions, including share and asset purchases, joint ventures and venture capital investments as well as corporate governance and other shareholder relations matters. Prior to joining the firm, Ms Chang worked in the New York office of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP.
