About Sangmyoung Shin

Sangmyoung Shin is an attorney at Kim & Chang. He practises in finance law areas, with a focus on project finance, banking and finance, and energy. His experience includes representing financial institutions and borrowers in a wide range of domestic and cross-border lending, including oil and gas project finance, ECA-backed finance and LNG vessels finance transactions. He has negotiated transactions in the US, the Middle East, Latin America and Asia. He served as a member of the International Financial Industry Deliberation Committee for the government of Korea (Ministry of Economy and Finance).
