About Miae Woo

Miae Woo is a foreign attorney in Kim & Chang’s mergers & acquisitions practice and corporate governance & shareholder disputes practice. Ms Woo represents corporate and fund clients in strategic and financial investments, including mergers and acquisitions, venture financing and minority investments. Ms Woo has been actively involved in Korean companies’ outbound investments and joint ventures and foreign investors’ investments in Korea. Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Ms Woo worked at Cooley LLP in Singapore and in the New York offices of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
