About June Yong Lee

June Yong Lee joined Kim & Chang in 2017. His current legal practice includes regulatory counselling, internal investigations and transactional matters, with a special focus on complex questions about the environmental and energy laws in Korea and the use of scientific information in law. After obtaining an MSc in ecology from Seoul National University and a PhD in evolutionary biology from Harvard University, he earned a JD from Lewis and Clark Law School in the US. Following a year of judicial clerkship with Hon Kenneth Grispin in Union County, New Jersey, he practised environmental/energy law for three years in the US.
