Claire (Mi-Jin) Kim is a foreign attorney at Kim & Chang. Ms Kim has broad experience in cross-border (syndicated) finance transactions, with a primary focus on project finance and asset finance. In the area of project finance, Ms Kim’s experience includes acting for both lenders and sponsors/project companies in various (renewable) energy, infrastructure and PPP projects. Ms Kim was seconded to the legal office of the Export-Import Bank of Korea (K-EXIM), where she was involved in various international projects and asset finance transactions.
