About Susan Park

Susan Park focuses her practice on IP transactions at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, including the licensing of intellectual property and counselling clients on all aspects of the monetisation of their IP assets. She advises clients on a wide range of technical fields, including semiconductors, IT, laser technology, pharmaceuticals and biomed. She has represented various clients in connection with the development, licensing, transfer and enforcement of their technology (both patented and unpatented), including complex patent licensing transactions involving securities and corporate restructuring/bankruptcy issues. More recently, she has been representing clients from the entertainment and media industry, and, particularly, in the areas of foreign-invested local film production projects, music licensing and content distribution involving SVOD platforms, and advises video gaming companies on the development, publishing and licensing of their games and regulatory issues.
