About Sung-Ho Moon

Sung-Ho Moon is a senior member of the Antitrust and Corporate Practice Groups at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. His practice primarily focuses on antitrust, cross-border M&A, joint ventures, and other forms of foreign investment. He pursues an active practice in counselling foreign companies in antitrust cases, including cases involving international cartels, merger control, vertical restraints, bid-rigging and other unfair trade practices. He also regularly counsels foreign corporations on their full range of business activities in Korea, from entity establishment, capital financing, regulatory permits, operational and contract matters to commercial disputes and government investigations.
