About Soo Kyung Chung

Soo Kyung Chung advises both international and Korean clients on a wide range of corporate matters. She joined BKL in 2018 and has represented companies and private equity firms on cross-border transactions, share and asset purchases, joint ventures and other transactional projects and assisted clients with the establishment of Korean entities and general corporate matters. She has also represented multinational companies in government investigations and other antitrust matters, and regularly advises technology companies on privacy and data protection, disputes and other regulatory matters. Prior to joining BKL, she was a corporate associate at Wall Street law firms. Soo Kyung is a member of the New York Bar.
