About Hongjoong Kim

Hongjoong Kim is a partner in the international arbitration practice group at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC (BKL) and his practice focuses on liaising in international dispute resolutions such as international arbitration (commercial/investment) and international civil litigations. He also has considerable experience in ADR. Hongjoong has practiced since 2006, after serving as a judge advocate in the Republic of Korea Air Force for three years. He has acted as counsel in hundreds of international disputes since joining BKL. Hongjoong’s experience covers a wide variety of industries, including post M&A, distributorship, shipbuilding, aerospace, hypermarkets, automobile parts, online content, oil, pharmaceuticals, private equity, government contracts, and golf course operation.
