About HC Elizabeth Yu

HC Elizabeth Yu is a member of Bae, Kim & Lee LLC and has spent almost 20 years assisting clients in navigating the diverse and intricate employment laws of multiple jurisdictions, whether inbound into Korea or expanding out to other jurisdictions. Her speciality in employment and labour is supplemented by in-depth experience in corporate restructuring, compliance/anti-corruption and corporate governance issues. Prior to joining the firm, she was an attorney at Kim & Chang and served as senior director and regional counsel of Applied Materials Korea. She obtained her law degree from the University of Florida School of Law (JD) and has been admitted to the Bar of Florida since 2001.
