Lau Kok Keng heads up Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP’s gaming law practice. Since 2002, Kok Keng has been actively involved in representing and advising clients in the gambling industry, and has acquired a good practical understanding of various lottery, gaming and betting operations and products. His clients include state and private operators, foreign land-based casinos, remote gambling operators, gaming software vendors and distributors, and manufacturers of gaming equipment. He helped establish the legal framework governing legalised sports betting in Singapore, and is consulted by regulatory authorities in the Asia-Pacific region for advice on law reform and legal compliance issues.
