About Devathas Satianathan

Devathas Satianathan is a partner with the international arbitration practice of Rajah & Tann Singapore. He handles a wide range of commercial disputes before international arbitration tribunals, the Singapore courts and the Singapore International Commercial Court. He has experience with both ad hoc and institutional arbitration proceedings under the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, ICC, Japanese Commercial Arbitration Association, UNCITRAL, ICSID and London Maritime Arbitration Association rules. Devathas is a member of the Young Singapore International Arbitration Centre Committee and an Accredited Associate Mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre.
