About Hans Sundblad

Hans Sundblad is a highly regarded partner at DLA Piper who has extensive experience in complex financing transactions, with a focus on advising banks and other institutional clients. Hans' practice includes corporate lending, ship and project financing, PPP projects and syndicated loans. He has participated in most of the major ship finance transactions in Finland. Hans further advises investors on private equity, hedge fund and other fund placements as well as on corporate, contract and energy market law matters. He is the Finnish national author of the International Swaps and Derivatives Association Collateral Opinion and a member of the contract law policy committee of the Finnish Bar Association.
