About Rocky Alejandro L. Reyes

Rocky Alejandro L. Reyes is a senior partner of SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan and head of its Special Projects department, specialising in taxation, project finance, construction and leveraged leases. He has worked on numerous M&A deals, including the acquisition of interest in Agusan Power Corporation’s 25.5 MW hydroelectric power station in Agusan del Norte, Mindanao. He teaches taxation, credit transactions, and partnership and agency law at the University of the Philippines College of Law, and lectures on the BOT Law, the Foreign Investments Act, the law on telecommunications, the taxation of securities and banking transactions, project financing, Philippine infrastructure projects and the public-private partnership programme. He is a member of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association.
