About Melyjane G. Bertillo-Ancheta

Melyjane G. Bertillo-Ancheta is a partner of SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan and a member of its Special Projects, and Banking, Finance & Securities departments. She specialises in foreign investments, joint ventures, acquisitions and divestments, among other areas. She also regularly advises clients in capital markets transactions, such as those involving registration of shares with the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Philippines and listing of shares with the Philippine Stock Exchange, as well as on regulatory matters relating to public companies. Her transactional work has included placement of shareholdings in listed companies, and her recent M&A work includes the investment of a global investment firm in Metro Pacific Hospital Holdings, Inc.
