About Arthur Huguet

Arthur Huguet is a senior associate in the M&A and corporate practice group of Baker McKenzie's Luxembourg office. He has over five years of experience in the implementation of legal structures in Luxembourg for international clients (holding companies, joint ventures, etc), legal counsel for intercompany financings, restructurings and for any subject in relation to corporate and business law. Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Arthur worked as an associate at D.Law, as legal adviser for a trust, fiduciary, fund and corporate service-provider and had carried out internships in law firms. Arthur focuses his practice on corporate law, mainly international corporate restructurings and all matters related to M&A. He is specifically involved in transactional and intra-group corporate law, advising domestic and international clients on refinancing, corporate governance, joint ventures, cross-border transactions and acquisitions, as well as private equity deals. Arthur is often requested to assist with group restructuring transactions, including financing transactions.
