About Sara Lau

Sara Lau is a partner in Skrine’s Employment and Immigration practice. Sara acts as counsel in unjust dismissal claims and other employment related disputes as part of her litigation portfolio. She also advises on all areas of human resource matters, including employment-related immigration and tax law and on right-sizing, separation schemes, discipline, performance management, employee investigations, collective bargaining, termination from employment and employment issues arising from M&A. She is sought after for advice on ESG compliance, recruitment of foreign labour, unfair labour practices, living and working conditions and compliance with the ILO indicators of forced labour.
