About Foo Siew Li

Foo Siew Li is a partner in Skrine’s Employment practice. She provides integrated support to a wide range of clients in various industries on all employment-related matters including compliance with laws applicable to employment relationships; managing the exit of employees, whether by way of reduction in workforce or terminations for misconduct or poor performance; investigations and disciplinary actions; grievance management; business immigration; and in employment litigation matters such as unfair dismissal claims. She is currently the Treasurer of the Malaysian Society for Labour and Social Security Law and a Member of the MICCI Human Capital & Education Council. She also sits on the Malaysian Bar’s Industrial and Employment Law Committee.
