Matondo Cobe is an associate in POELLATH’s private funds practice. He advises German and international fund managers and financial service providers on all matters relating to the German Capital Investment Code (KAGB), as well as in connection with the German Banking Act (KWG) and the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive II (MiFID II). In addition, he specialises in advising on the marketing of financial instruments. Furthermore, he focuses on fund structuring, specifically on documentation and advice related to sustainable investments in accordance with the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR).
