About Clement Mifsud-Bonnici

Clement Mifsud-Bonnici is a senior associate at Ganado Advocates. He assists clients in commercial and contentious matters, with a particular focus on issues relating to competition, state aid, public procurement and regulatory law. He advises clients in several sectors, including energy and resources, infrastructure, waste, health, transportation, human resource management, and food and beverage sectors. In addition to assisting bidders in procurement litigation, he represents them before the Public Contracts Review Board and the Court of Appeal. He also represents clients before the Office for Competition in matters pertaining to antitrust investigations, advocacy requests and merger control. He was admitted to the Maltese Bar in 2013.
