About Jackie Mallia

Jackie Mallia specialises in igaming, information technology, intellectual property and data protection. She has assisted private clients in numerous corporate matters, as well as various governments and authorities within and outside the European Union, to formulate and draft legislative frameworks. She also focuses on artificial intelligence (AI) and other disruptive technologies, and was one of the experts appointed to the Malta.AI Task Force, heading the Legal and Ethics Working Group. Jackie regularly provides support services to investors and entities within the various emerging and innovative technology sectors. She assists in the protection, securing and enforcement of legal rights to intangible assets, and in fulfilling compliance obligations under the igaming and data protection frameworks.
