About Keith O Major, Jr

Keith O Major, Jr is co-deputy chair of Higgs & Johnson's maritime and aviation practice group, the deputy chairman of The Aircraft Accident Investigation Authority (AAIA) and the first Bahamian to obtain an LLM in international aviation law. He is a member of the firm’s litigation practice group, where his practice includes matters relating to aviation, asset recovery and general civil litigation. He has recently authored commentaries and spoken at local and international conferences on aviation law topics, including drones, "hacking" and air accident investigations in The Bahamas. Keith has written widely on aviation.
