About Eda Saraçoğlu

Eda Saraçoğlu joined Kolcuoğlu Demirkan Koçaklı as a senior associate in 2021. She has been intensively involved in banking and finance transactions during her ten-year career, representing leading Turkish and foreign banks and financial institutions as well as multilaterals in a wide range of legal matters and through different kinds of funding mechanisms. Eda has also assisted clients in all kinds of banking transactions and operations, including regulatory legal matters, and has played an active role in many project finance, acquisition finance and refinancing deals.
