About Bihter Bozbay İnan

Bihter Bozbay İnan joined Kolcuoğlu Demirkan Koçaklı in 2013 and became a partner in 2019. She has 13 years' experience in M&A, joint ventures, corporate and finance transactions. Bihter leads KDK’s banking and finance team in projects involving domestic and international corporations. She completed her legal internship at Garanti Bank, the second-largest private bank in Turkey, and continues to provide legal assistance to various local and international banks and financial institutions.
