About Evert Moonen

Evert Moonen is a tax associate at De Langhe Attorneys, and has worked in all areas of tax law for the past ten years. He handles tax litigation matters with respect to VAT, real estate tax and corporation tax, and also advises on international tax law and estate planning. His professional memberships include the West Flanders Bar Association and the Belgian Association of Tax Lawyers (BATL). Evert is a lecturer in registration duties and inheritance tax, and in customs and excise duties. He is a regular speaker at tax seminars and the author of numerous articles on tax. He mainly advises medium-sized and large privately owned Belgian corporations and high net worth individuals.
