About Bill Laffan

Bill Laffan is an associate in the regulatory group in Walkers’ Ireland office and a member of the Walkers fintech group. He acts for domestic and international banks, investment firms, international payment/e-money institutions, asset managers, funds and fund promoters, virtual asset service providers and international law firms. Bill advises on all areas of Irish and EU financial regulation and compliance, including payment services, e-money, AML, investment services, market abuse, financial institution M&A, domestic and European banking regulation, and the Central Bank of Ireland’s fitness and probity regime.
