About Jutami Augustyn

Jutami Augustyn is a partner in Bowmans’ corporate department. She focuses primarily on private equity transactions, which includes fund formation, mergers and acquisitions and management arrangements. Jutami’s experience further extends to advising a diverse range of leading corporates (both in the private and public sector) on the various elements of domestic and cross-border transactions, corporate and commercial matters, broad-based black economic empowerment, due diligence investigations and corporate governance issues. Jutami has BAcc and LLB degrees from Stellenbosch University and is admitted as an attorney and notary of the High Court of South Africa.
