Kelvin Madembo is an associate in the corporate department of Bowmans’ Johannesburg office and is a member of the private equity practice. He has experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate commercial matters including due diligence investigations, joint ventures and corporate group restructurings. Kelvin has a Bachelor of Laws (with distinction) from the University of the Witwatersrand and is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
