About Badir Treviño-Mohamed

Badir Treviño-Mohamed is a partner at Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enríquez, S.C. in the real estate practice group. He regularly advises multinational and domestic real estate developers and investors (including international real estate funds, Mexican CKDs and FIBRAs), among others, on the Mexican legal and regulatory aspects of direct or structured investments in, or strategic acquisitions of, real property in the industrial, retail, commercial, tourism, residential and urban sectors. Most notably, Badir advised FIBRA Macquarie in the approximately USD1.5 billion acquisition of its initial portfolio composed of two real estate portfolios of 244 industrial properties located in 21 cities and 15 states within Mexico, representing the largest real estate acquisition in Mexico to that date.
