Alejandro Castelló Pasquel is an associate of the real estate and environmental practice groups at Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enríquez, S.C. and has more than 15 years' experience in these areas. He regularly advises on the real estate and environmental components of M&A transactions, and investment vehicles created for the building, developing and managing of properties in the industrial, retail, commercial, tourism, residential and urban sectors. Alejandro also advises national and international companies based in Mexico on the selling of FIBRAs portfolios and the day-to-day environmental matters.
