About Carlos del Río Santiso

Carlos del Río Santiso is a partner at Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enríquez, S.C. in the M&A, private equity and real estate practice groups. Carlos represents pension funds, private equity funds and other investors in their real estate projects in diverse asset classes during their development, construction and management processes, including setting up their domestic or international operations in Mexico. He also heads the firm’s pro bono programme and is a member of the Board at Centro Mexicano Pro Bono and at Appleseed Mexico AC. Carlos is an active member of the Lawyers Council for Civil and Economic Rights of the Vance Center for International Justice.
