Milena Gaidarska has specialised in real estate work for over 20 years, and is one of the most distinguished and sought-after practitioners in the market. Her experience includes major construction projects, from planning and design to completion, complex due diligence, and administrative proceedings, to ensure that clients obtain all necessary licences and permits from the relevant state authorities. She was a law clerk at the Sofia City Court from 1998 to 1999. Her career path at Penkov, Markov & Partners began as a trainee from 1997 to 1999, a lawyer from 1999 to 2007, and she became a partner in 2007, continuing to the present day.
