About Agostina L. Martinez

Agostina L. Martinez is a senior associate and has been a member of the natural resources and energy practice at Allende & Brea since 2017. She obtained her law degree from Universidad Católica de Cuyo and holds an LLM with Distinction in mineral law and policy from the University of Dundee, CEPMLP, UK. For the past eight years she has been advising companies in complex mining transactions in Argentina. She is a member of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires, The Foundation for Natural Resources and Energy Law (formerly Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation (RMMLF) and the International Bar Association (IBA).
