About Patricia-Ann T. Prodigalidad

Patricia-Ann T. Prodigalidad is a senior partner in the litigation and dispute resolution department. Her practice covers commercial and construction arbitration as well as commercial litigation. She is a trustee and member of the PDRC and the Philippine Institute of Construction Arbitrators and Mediators, Inc. Although she acts as advocate in international commercial, domestic and construction arbitration, she is an arbitrator accredited with the SIAC, the CIAC, the PDRC and the Philippine International Center for Conflict Resolution. She is an accredited adjudicator, has published widely and lectures frequently. She penned the first emergency arbitrator decision in the Philippines in an international commercial arbitration in the PDRC and has recently been appointed as sole dispute avoidance and adjudication board member in a water treatment plant project.
