Neptali B Salvanera specialises in a range of employment matters at ACCRALAW, including labour law litigation, illegal dismissal, unfair labour practice, strikes, union organisation and representation issues, the labour aspect of M&A, manpower reduction programmes, and data privacy. He is extensively involved in legal audits on contracting arrangements of companies and is part of the team that institutionalised the conducting of legal audits.
