About Jose Martin R. Tensuan

Jose Martin R. Tensuan is a partner and the monitor of the litigation and dispute resolution department. He is an accredited CIAC arbitrator, a trained PDRC arbitrator and an advocate in arbitration proceedings before the ICC, the HKIAC, the PDRC and the CIAC. He has participated in numerous seminars and is a member of the ADR Standing Committee of the ASEAN Law Association (Philippine Chapter) and the PDRC.
