Maria Christina Macasaet-Acaban is a partner and a member of the Management Committee of Quisumbing Torres, a member firm of Baker & McKenzie International. Christina heads the Corporate and Commercial/M&A Practice Group, the Competition Focus Group, and the Healthcare and Life Sciences Industry Group in the firm. She is also a member of the Technology, Media and Telecommunications Industry Group. She has 23 years of experience advising and representing multinational corporations on domestic and cross-border transactions.
