About Julius Cervantes

Julius Cervantes is a partner in Quisumbing Torres’ corporate and commercial/M&A practice group and heads the real estate focus group. He is a member of the restructuring and insolvency focus group, and the industrials, manufacturing and transportation group, as well as the consumer goods and retail industry group. He has been engaged in corporate and commercial law practice for over 19 years, and is experienced in M&A, real estate transactions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, foreign direct investments, commercial agreements and contracts, construction law, public procurement, and regulatory matters. He is a private sector representative to the Sub-Task Force on Registering Property of the Philippine government’s Ease of Doing Business and Anti-Red Tape Advisory Council.
