About Peter Golob

Peter Golob is a senior associate with Rojs, Peljhan, Prelesnik & partners, working on banking and finance and insurance regulation. He regularly advises clients on IT and IP-related queries, as well as telecommunications matters. He also regularly advises clients on capital markets regulations, including in the burgeoning field of cryptocurrency services regulation. Peter recently led a team on an anticipated acquisition of a life insurance company, and advised on and co-ordinated the merger of a major Slovenian insurance company, Adriatic Slovenica to Generali d.d. He has also advised several cryptocurrency exchanges on the regulatory review of their planned services.
