About Sara Ermenc

Sara Ermenc is a junior associate who joined RPPP in October 2020 after obtaining her Master of Laws degree (commercial law module) at the University of Ljubljana, where she graduated with honours – cum laude in the corporate governance of banks. During her studies, she participated in moot courts on European law, international investment arbitration and commercial law and interned in several international law firms. Sara is regularly involved in international commercial and investment arbitration and M&A transactions. She also advises in other practice areas.
