About Matija Testen

Matija Testen is a senior partner at RPPP. As head of the firm's dispute resolution practice, he has been involved in some of the major disputes in the Slovenian jurisdiction to date. He advises and represents a variety of domestic and foreign clients in high-level commercial, IP, and investment disputes. His client portfolio includes domestic and international clients who are active in banking and finance, automotive, food production, retail, telecommunications and pharmaceutical sectors. He has significant experience in ad hoc and institutional arbitrations seated in various jurisdictions around the world. Matija is one of the most accomplished Slovenian dispute resolution specialists and a renowned figure in the Slovenian legal community. As such, he is regularly invited to speak at various events in Slovenia and abroad. Moreover, he is vice president of the Football Association of Slovenia Arbitration.
