About Rafi Sajian

Rafi Sajian is a corporate specialist with extensive experience in corporate and financial transactions, and provides counsel to international clients on domestic and cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate compliance and governance, corporate establishment, restructuring and reorganisation, joint ventures and securities matters. He also advises on all aspects of Qatari law with specific knowledge of trade, companies, real estate, civil, penal and labour laws. Before joining Al-Ansari & Associates, Mr Sajian worked for more than seven years with two international firms in Qatar, assisting international clients to establish and negotiate their presence in the country. Mr Sajian has also advised major educational institutions in Qatar on contentious employment matters, and provided counsel on restructuring, licensing and compliance matters.
